06 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)

# How-to Steps:
01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add sliced carrots and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until tender but firm. Drain thoroughly and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in honey, sea salt, and black pepper until combined.
03 - Add the drained carrots to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the honey-butter mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 to 5 minutes until the carrots are glossy and well glazed.
04 - Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice if using and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
