# What You Need:

01 - 12 oz flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced against the grain

13 - 2 tbsp oyster sauce
14 - 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
15 - 1 tsp sugar
16 - 2 tbsp water
17 - 1 tsp cornstarch

→ For Cooking

18 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
19 - Optional: sesame seeds and extra green onions for garnish

# How-to Steps:

01 - Combine beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil in a bowl. Let rest for 10 minutes while preparing other ingredients.
02 - Cook lo mein noodles according to package directions. Drain thoroughly and set aside.
03 - Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, water, and cornstarch until smooth.
04 - Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Stir-fry beef for 1 to 2 minutes until just browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
05 - Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil to the pan. Stir-fry garlic, ginger, bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot for 2 to 3 minutes until crisp-tender.
06 - Return beef to pan along with noodles and green onions. Pour in sauce and toss over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes until evenly coated and heated through.
07 - Transfer to serving dishes immediately and garnish with sesame seeds and extra green onions if desired.
