# How-to Steps:
01 - Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl; let sit for 5 to 10 minutes until foamy.
02 - Add melted butter, egg, and salt to the yeast mixture; stir to combine.
03 - Gradually add flour, mixing with a wooden spoon or dough hook until a soft dough forms.
04 - Knead the dough on a floured surface or with a mixer for 8 to 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
05 - Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area for 1 hour until doubled in size.
06 - Punch down the dough, divide into 12 equal pieces, and shape each into a smooth ball.
07 - Arrange dough balls in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, cover, and let rise 30 to 40 minutes until puffy.
08 - Preheat the oven to 375°F.
09 - Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter before baking.
